HeirLock, operated by Devin R Young, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the in-app support chat and we'll help you file the request.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time from your account before the trial ends.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and your subscription will not renew.
